A fun, energetic introduction to wrestling! Our Elementary program focuses on teaching the basics of wrestling, promoting physical fitness, coordination, and teamwork. Kids will build confidence, develop discipline, and learn sportsmanship – all while having a blast on the mat!
At the Junior High level, we take wrestling skills to the next level! This program is designed to enhance technique, strength, and mental toughness. Junior High wrestlers will have opportunities to compete, refine their moves, and develop the discipline and work ethic needed for success both on and off the mat.
Our High School program is where dedication and hard work truly shine. Wrestlers will train under experienced coaches, sharpen advanced techniques, and build strength, endurance, and competitive skills.
