Join the Future of Wrestling

. Jaxon McKitrick has been part of the wrestling world since the 3rd grade, growing up in the sport and building years of experience on the mat before ever stepping into high school competition.

His favorite wrestling memory speaks to his resilience and determination: qualifying for State even after losing his first match. Instead of letting that setback define his tournament, Jaxon battled back, proving that perseverance matters just as much as talent.

As he prepares to graduate, the thing Jaxon will miss the most isnโ€™t a tournament or a titleโ€”itโ€™s being coached by his brothers. That family connection has made his high school wrestling career especially meaningful.

After high school, Jaxon plans to continue his education at Utah Valley University.

Weโ€™re proud of Jaxonโ€™s commitment, toughness, and the example heโ€™s set in our program, and we wish him the best as he takes this next step.

About

Wrestling is one of the oldest and most respected sports, combining strategy, skill, and athleticism. It challenges both the body and mind, teaching endurance, discipline, and mental toughness. Beyond the mat, wrestlers gain life skills like perseverance, respect, and confidence. More than a sport, wrestling shapes character, builds friendships, and fosters success on and off the mat.
